Despite the road safety improvement in this hyper-speed era, we all know how bad it feels to go down a road with lots of speed bumps. And if you own a high performance car like this Scandinavian guy, you will probably get your spine damaged from them, or worse case scenario - you could really do some damage to your car’s front end.
Mr. Rune Berge lives in Stavenger, a 7-hour drive from Oslo, Norway, and when he wanted to get his newly purchased Lexus LFA from the country’s capital to his hometown, he remembered that a massive speed bump in his way will cause some troubles.
As the LFA’s ground clearance is about 11 centimeters (4.3 inch) and there was no other way to go around the little “hill”, Mr. Rune called the municipal technical department to remove it. The man who responded to his call happened to be in a good mood, as he assured Rune he will take care of the obstacle for him.
