With only three weeks left until the car's bound to be unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, Lexus announced UK pricing and specs for the IS sports sedan.
The Toyota-owned luxury brand is offering the IS model in two versions, the 250, and the 300h. Priced from £26,495, the IS 250 features a 2.5-liter V6 engine with an output of 204 hp and a 6AT transmission. On the other hand, the hybrid 300h comes with a 2.5-liter Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder petrol engine coupled to an electric motor, and a price tag of at least £29.495.

Lexus offers four trim levels to choose from, with the most expensive ones pushing the price up to £35,495 and £38,495 for the IS 250 and IS 300h respectively. For the SE package, buyers will receive 16-inch alloy wheels, Drive Mode Select, Cruise Control, Smart Entry and Start system, Dual-Zone Climate control AC, Power-Fold heated mirrors, HID headlamps, 8 airbags, DAB and Bluetooth connectivity audio and a temporary spare wheel.

The Luxury package adds 17-inch alloy wheels, Park Assist and Rain-Sensing wipers, while opting for the F Sport package would automatically bring the car with 18 inch 10-spoke wheels, sport suspension, F Sport mesh grille, LFA-styled instrument meters, aluminum sports pedals and F Sport leather trim for the steering wheel and gear lever. Finally, the Premium package means 18 inch 5-spoked alloy wheels, automatically folding mirrors, 8-way power-assisted leather seats (including heating and ventilation), electrically operated steering column, 7-inch HDD full map satellite navigation system and a Mark Levinson sound system.
