With the redesigned Lexus IS already introduced, luxury brand Toyota decided to give the older IS F one more year on the market. Priced from $63,350, not including $910 for destination, the 2014 IS F carries over the previous body styles but comes with a few updates.
$1,600 more expensive when compared with the 2013 model, the 2014 IS F gains only two new exterior features - LED foglamps and a carbon fiber rear spoiler. Inside, the vehicle arrives with “F”-embossed headrests, black Alcantara trim for the doors and center console cover, black full semi-aniline leather-trimmed seats, and black alcantara inserts with red perforation for the red leather-trimmed seats.
The 2014 Lexus IS F will go on sale in October.
As for the redesigned IS, Lexus is working on an RC F model, a coupe version of the new IS. No word on whether the sedan will get a high-performance model as well.
