The IS 250 is powered by a 2.5-liter V6 making 204 hp and 186 lb-ft of torque. The 0 to 60 mph is done in 7.7 seconds but that might get improved by mounting a sport exhaust, which may unleash around 5-7 horses more.
Whatever you do, keep enjoying Lexus’ smallest V6 while you can. The automaker recently revealed an inline-four turbocharged 2-liter which makes 238 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque. And something tells us that the days of ye olde 2.5-liter are counted.
