A few days ago we were informing you about some new and exclusive information regarding the upcoming Lexus CT 200h. Today, our dealership source was also kind enough to point us to a newly launched Lexus retailer website, from which you can download a very basic car configurator program.
The program is approximately 167 MB and it can only be run on Windows computers for now. By the way, if you're the anal retentive type, you shouldn't worry because we tested it and it's virus and spyware free. After installing the program you can pretty much configure your very own Lexus CT 200h, since it allows you to choose the exterior color, interior color and alloy rim type – either 15, 16 or 17 inch.
This way you will know what exterior colors are to be expected for the European version of the new Lexus hybrid, while the three different sets of rims would point to the fact that there will be three different trim levels available when it goes on sale in 2011.
The fun bit about the program is that you can also see a 3d interior panorama of the interior of the car. In case you haven't had the chance to see the car in real life at the Geneva Auto Show you can get a pretty good idea about the interior space and the way it looks with the different trim levels available. You can download the program from here.
As we mentioned before, the Lexus CT200h's orders will begin in autumn, while actual European deliveries will start after March 2011, so that's a pretty long way to go. The current pricing speculations point to 28-30,000 to around 40,000 euros, depending on which trim level you want to choose.
