Back in March, we wrote about Lewis Hamilton grabbing one of the world's 499 LaFerraris. Nevertheless, the car hasn't showed up. Until now, that is.
The LaF example in the image above is believed to be the F1 driver's machine, but so far this is the only photo we have.

Instagram user Adam Bornstein, who shared the picture, claims this is Hamilton's car, with the vehicle being seen here waiting quietly in a dealership.

There are two main details of this LaFerrari that stand out

While we're waiting for more clues on the story, we can't help but notice two details of the machine.

First of all, we're all used to seeing LaFerraris in various colors, but with a Black roof. However, this one comes with a roof that matched the Red hue on its body, with Black being confined to the lower body details, as well as the wheels.

Then there are the yellow turn signals. An obvious mark of the US-spec LaFerrari, these have been the subject of debate ever since the first American example was spotted. As it often happens with supercars and hypercars, keyboard warriors like to argue about these signals "ruining" the nose of the car.

However, we have more important things to discuss, such as the other cars in Hamilton's collection. From retro machines such as the Shelby Cobra, to contemporary heroes like a one-off Zonda and a McLaren 12C, the F1 driver is enjoying the time he spends in street cars. And please excuse the ""one-off Zonda" potential pleonasm - as afficionados know, there might just be more Zonda one-offs in the world than standard cars.

Since Mercedes has no problem with their F1 driver owning a LaFerrari, expect to see Hamilton making the most out of the LaFerrari's 950 hybrid horsepower soon.
