Indian manufacturer Hero prepares the launch of their new generation of Karizma bikes, the first ones developed with massive involvement from Buell. In July, Hero bought 49.2% of Erik Buell Racing for $25mil (€19.17 mil), so this move should generate both the financial support for EBR and a solid design and engineering upgrade for Hero.
Taking a look at the new Karizma ZMR we can see that the front end is all EBR. The dual stacked headlight in the vein of the Buell 1190RS looks great and brings a very modern touch to the Karizma. Now, we're not sure whether the other two lights are turn signals or somethings else, though we'd stick with the first supposition.

The license plate holder could have done a much better job under the bike's nose, but maybe that's Indian law requirement. It appears that the engine was revised by EBR and can now produce 17.6 HP. Looking forward to see more bikes like this one, proudly displaying their new EBR DNA. Via In Sella.
