British car company Land Rover has just announced legendary rugby player and team captain Lawrence Dallaglio is now their global brand ambassador. He will join The British & Irish Lions on tour in Hong Kong to launch the All-New Range Rover Sport in South China.
Land Rover is the official sponsor of the tour, so the deal goes both ways, but After the Tour, Lawrence will continue to work with Land Rover in their support of rugby.

"Land Rover and rugby have many shared values – integrity, courage, pride, composure, capability – values that are required to create great competitive rugby and world class all-terrain vehicles," the British company says.

Their new Range Rover Sport SUV is developed around a new aluminum body shell that makes is 420 kg lighter. Since the vehicle has kept its 5-liter supercharger V8 engine with 510 hp, it's become the fastest SUV ever built by Land Rover.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
