Last Call for R56 MINI Hardtop

As far as driving pleasure goes, there are few cars that make you feel more alive than the MINI. Unfortunately, the R56 model (the one we're currently buying) is going out of production, being replaced in the near future by the F56 MINI.

That means that in a couple of days, the production of the R56 will end, getting the lines ready to build the new F56 model for next year. To be more precise, MINI will only take orders for the current gen car up until August 28, according to Motoringfile.

This measure will affect all models, not just the Cooper or Cooper S ones, but the JCW model too. After that date, you'll have to wait for the new model to come out in order to get a hardtop MINI and that is rumored for next year.

Luckily, this applies only for the Hardtop model, all the other models still being available for order as their replacement models will show up later.
