Seeing that it was about to reach a million fans on Facebook, Land Rover USA asked people to submit their stories and photos and soon after turned them into this montage to say "Thank You".
“As Land Rover continues to grow in the digital space, we are all thrilled to reach 1 million fans on our official Land Rover USA Facebook page,” said Kim McCullough, Brand Vice President, Land Rover North America. “Land Rover is known for having some of the most loyal and engaging fans, so we wanted to create this interactive video as a means to say thank you for their continued support and love of the brand.”
The journey starts with the Range Rover exiting its owner's suburban garage. It soon turns into an Evoque that cruises through the urban environment, followed by LR2 climbing a hill. Since bikes, the outdoors and dogs are all part of of the Land Rover lifestyle, they also appear in the video.
Don't think this is just boring marketing exercise. There's a little slice of "funny" in there as well, as the LR4 is used as a rough and ready wedding car by a bride wearing really muddy wellingtons.
