With the Land Rover Discovery living its final days, the vehicle has received a special edition celebrating 25 years of service. Dubbed Discovery XXV, the car is set to make its debut at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.
The starting point was the HSE Luxury model, on top of which it features full-length silver roof rails, bespoke 20-inch wheels and Narvik Black grille elements. The car is dressed in a special color, Causeway Grey.
Climbing aboard, we find a Windsor leather finish for the upper surfaces, including the dash and door tops. What’s more, the steering wheel gets a leather finish, while the carpets are bespoke.
Land Rover had an actual reason to celebrate, with the company explaining that its Solihull site has given birth to 1,088,000 units of the Discovery so far. As for the market launch, the Discovery XXV is set to arrive in Q4, with the price set at about GBP63,000 in the UK.
