The Land Rover Defender is a true off-roading icon, it kept its unmistakable classic lines until today gaining the same reputation as the Mercedes-Benz G-Glass.
Land Rover teased us with a new Defender concept at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show - the DC100 - but the automaker still didn’t put a production version on the roads.

In our opinion this is not very important, because we want the Defender to remain the stubborn brick-shaped off-roader we always knew. And whoever needs modern features on it can easily take it to Khan.

Khan Design’s latest kit for the Land Rover Defender 2.4 TDCI 90 Hard Top, the Chelsea Wide Track, comes with all the modern bits you need. The exterior is garnished with rough-looking body-widening panels bolted directly to the standard shell, wheel arch moldings and a new front end as well as a set of 20-inch Mondial rims wrapped in performance tires.

The interior is garnished with two quilted leather-wrapped sport bucket seats, machined aluminum pedals, new instrumentation, leather steering wheels, wood and other interesting details. Check them in the gallery bellow.
