Back in August, Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelman let it slip that the company would give us a Roadster treatment for its limited production Veneno. A set of images showing the thing have now showed up and these could be the leaked photos of the actual car.
The Veneno seems to get the same work that differentiates the Aventador Roadster form the Aventador, with hefty rear elements behind the driver and passenger.
Lamborghini only built four units of the Veneno, out of which one stayed with the company, but the company is expected to release nine examples of the Veneno Roadster. Each of them is expected to cost around EUR3.3 million ($4.4M).
The tech side of the Veneno Roadster should remain unchanged, which means it will use a tweaked version of the Aventador’s 6.5-liter V12, which will deliver 750 HP.
