With more and more examples of the Lamborghini Urus reaching their owners, there are plenty of drivers who make full use of the 650 horsepower. But what about the offroading bits?
Truth be told, we haven't come across too many adventures that see the Sant'Agata Bolognese SUV leaving the asphalt behind. In fact, the only one we've featured shows the Lambo drifting on gravel, but the maneuver could've been performed without the generous ground clearance of the vehicle.
Well, we are now here to bring you a Urus jumping episode. As you'll be able to notice in the piece of footage at the bottom of the page, a Urus has recently caught some serious air time and it wasn't the kind that involved asphalt.
However, we have to explain that this isn't exactly a Urus owner venturing into the woods. Instead, the Lamborghini was on an offroad course at the time, with its driver being a pro.
To be more precise, Milos Pavlovic, who happens to be a Lamborghini Squadra Corse driver (this is the carmaker's racing arm).
And, with the whole thing having been caught on camera in slow-mo, we can admire the gracious stunt of the high-riding Lambo.
Returning to the paved surface point we made in the intro, we'll remind you the Urus recently set a quarter-mile world record for production SUVs. To be more precise, the long-roof Lamborghini managed to play the 1,320 feet game in 11.2 seconds.
Now, tuning bits for the Italian beast have already shown up, which means it shouldn't take long until we get to see the Urus descending into the ten-second arena.
Meanwhile, here's an 800 horsepower incarnation of the Lamborghini Urus that gets pretty close to the aim mentioned above (the machine hasn't hit the drag strip yet, as it might just get the job done once it gets to play on the prepped surface).
