Lamborghini hosted several events on the right side of the Atlantic Ocean for the latest model in its stable, the Huracan Tecnica. The supercar just completed its European tour, where more than 750 customers and invited guests got the opportunity to see, hear, and touch it.
Customers living in German-speaking countries, and the Netherlands, were the first to meet it, in Berlin, inside a former factory, on the banks of the river Spree. Subsequently, it was taken to London, UK, in a more modern setting, with a view over the River Thames, where guests from all over Western Europe attended its local unveiling. Finally, the tour concluded in Milan, Italy, at a former industrial estate, where Southern European attendees became familiar with the exciting model.
“The Huracan Tecnica marks a new era in the life of the Huracan. Not only does it deliver the latest technological innovations by our engineers, but this is equaled in a new, fresh design,” said Lamborghini’s Chief of Sales and Marketing Officer, Federico Foschini. “With the events in Berlin, London, and Milan, we wanted to give our customers the opportunity to get to know our latest product in an authentic, intimate, and exclusive setting. Thus, they had the chance to enjoy a first impression of our latest creation.”
Unveiled a little over two months ago as yet another extreme take on the brand’s V10-powered supercar, the Huracan Tecnica bridges the gap between the Huracan EVO RWD and the Huracan STO. Even though it is based on the former, it has identical power to the latter, with the naturally aspirated 5.2-liter engine pushing out 640 ps (631 hp / 471 kW) and 565 Nm (417 lb-ft) of torque. The Italian company claims that it will run out of breath at 325 kph (202 mph) and that it can deal with the 0 to 100 kph (0-62 mph) sprint in just 3.2 seconds.
Besides the punchy unit, the Huracan Tecnica boasts enhanced aerodynamics, carbon ceramic brakes, torque vectoring, and rear-wheel steering, all of which make it a proper track tool. Deliveries of the supercar will kick off in early 2023, and customers are looking at a minimum of $300,000 for one.
