The 2014 season of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo North America spec series still has a couple more races to go, but Lamborghini Squadra Corse is already looking forward to next season. That is when the Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo will hit the track, and ahead of the car’s debut in a few weeks, Lamborghini has released a quick teaser video.
Lamborghini isn’t offering an embeddable version of the video, but our friends over at Digital Trends have an uploaded version for you to enjoy. Just like the street car, the Huracan Super Trofeo will replace the Gallardo Super Trofeo on the track. As was the case with the teaser image Lamborghini dropped on us last month, the video really doesn’t show too much of the car as the purposely out-of-focus camera lens prevents us from getting a good look.

What it does show, though, is the camouflaged racecar flashing past the camera at least letting us listen to the mid-engine 5.2-liter V-10, which has almost certainly received some level of tuning. We also get a few glimpses of the race-prepped interior.

The Blancpain Super Trofeo is a one-make racing series in Asia, Europe and North America, and while the 2015 schedules have not been announced, the racecar itself will get a big debut at The Quail on August 15 as a part of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance festivities.

In addition to this exciting racing news, Lamborghini Accademia just recently announced some big news of its own. Available September 14-17, Lamborghini will host its first-ever performance driving school at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca with registration fees starting at $4,995, which is probably the cheapest way possible of getting track time in a Huracan.
