There have been no documented crashes of the Lamborghini Huracan so far and yet here we are, talking about the first one. The accident took place in Hungary and saw the V10 supercars burn to the ground, literally.
It’s hard to tell from the aftermath images, but this used to be a Huracan dressed in the sweet Verde Mantis shade of Green. The Lamborghini crashed, subsequently catching fire and being reduced to a huge pile of ash, as the local media reports.
The accident happened earlier this week on the M7 highway in Hungary and at least we can be glad this was a one-car event. The reasons that led to the crash are unknown at the moment, but we can tell you the driver of the supercar went through the barrier, landing on the side of the road.
The incident caused the Huracan to catch fire. Unlike in other cases, where emergency rescuers managed to intervene before the flames completely engulfed the car, the Huracan was entirely consumed by the fire.
The driver was accompanied by a female passenger and the good news is that both managed to survive the crash. However, the two were taken to the hospital after the accident, but their condition remains unknown at the moment.
