Lamborghini Hot Dog Cart Promotes New York Auto Show

This year’s auto show at the Javits Center has to be the best ever, or at least since the recession struck. But the organizers of the 2012 New York International Auto Show decided that two things were needed to get more people to attend: Sabrett hot dogs and an orange Lamborghini.

The Aventador Hot Dog Cart was thus created and set up shop in midtown NYC. Free hotdogs meant plenty of people were there, but there’s also a bit of irony involved.

You see, the stand has been bestowed with a “Keep Parks Clean” sign, but the mighty Aventador will only get them dirty. Its mighty V12 engine puts out 398 grams of CO2 per km... if you’re careful. Yes, every mile you travel, this supercar squirts out well over a pound of the nasty stuff.
