Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Gets Light Touches

The Lamborghini Gallardo is the most successful model in the company’s history. However, this also means that owners of the car have the greatest chance to meet someone with the same ride, so we can understand their need for customization.

Most Lamborghini owners that want a special color usually make us want to wear sunglasses, as they decide to throw a screaming green/orange/yellow & so on coat over their supercars. Don’t get us wrong here, we like extreme colors, especially on Lambos, but we think this aren’t necessarily cool, as they can be viewed as safety features. Let us explain. Let’s say the driver of a certain high-performance vehicle checks his rear view mirror and sees an explosion of color that is approaching fast. The extreme coat will alert him, allowing him to prepare for a potential battle and reducing your chances of leaving him in your brake dust at the first corner.

However, the owner of this 2009 Gallardo LP560-4 chose a different approach, dressing the car in Grigio Antares, a color borrowed from the Murcielago, as symboliclajolla.blogspot.com reports. We don’t know what the reason behind the choice was but we really like the result.

Just as we said, the owner wanted to transfer a bit of his personality to the vehicle, but chose not to alter the work of Lamborghini designers. This means that no show-off aftermarket aerodynamic elements were installed. He didn’t even bother to use fancy decals, as these could’ve brought the car into the kitsch area.

Instead, the Gallardo received a tint for the taillights and the side markers. We know this isn’t much, but the world also needs extra-subtle custom cars, so we welcome this project.
