Contemporary times are not exactly about easy easily for purists - one can wake up on a random day only to find out that some eccentric gear head out there has taken an automotive icon down the custom car route. And the Lamborghini Countach is obviously no exception, even though I have to mention that the tricked out Sant'Agata Bolognese machine sitting before us is a rendering.
Perhaps the most interesting part of this melange comes from the fact that while the mods fitted to the car don't affect the original panels that much, their effect is impressive, at least on a visual level.
As if this Lambo wasn't already wide enough, the Italian exotic has been gifted with uber-fat fenders. However, most of the changes happened in the mid-rear section of the Italian hero.
Remember the Lamborghini rear bumper delete aftermarket trend that allows aficionados to proudly display their twin-turbo V10s (and V12s, even though these are much less frequent)? Well, this Countach has it and since the engine cover is also missing, we can check out the... complex sculpture that is the custom exhaust serving the supercar's V12.
Then there's the massive rear wing which starts all the way on the rear arches. Speaking of downforce devices, the full-width diffuser also needs to be mentioned, with this appearing to have "McLaren" written all over it.
The render is the work of Yasid Oozear and here's what the artist had to say about it: "Always thought this green works great on Lamborghinis. What’d be your favorite choice of color for your Countach? Other than white, of course [think: Wolf Of Wall Street],"
