The idea with Funny Car dragsters is to have a cartoonish shell of a standard road-going car on top of a custom made beast breathing methanol, spitting flames and doing the quarter in an unbelievably short time while creating a small earthquake and deafening people within a 1-mile range. But this, this here takes things to a whole new level...
If an exaggerated Ford Mustang body doesn’t cut it for the show, how about an iconic Lamborghini Countach transformed into such a monster? Just looking at it makes you fear for your life. That “tower of power” sticking out of the front end could easily gulp your head in.

Can’t really tell how much horsepower that thing cranks, but is sure has to be over 2,000 because it gets the quarter mile (400 m) done in 7.27 seconds, crossing the line at 191 mph (307 km/h).

Oh, don’t worry about a classic Countach having been butchered for this dragster to exist. The engine at the front is a dead giveaway this isn’t a modified Lambo. Not to mention the proportions and some of the shapes. That thing is custom built out of fiberglass and most probably sits on a tubular frame chassis.

Just watch the video below and see for yourself. By the way, what car would you like to see being transformed into a dragster?
