Lamborghini Aventador Specs Leaked

The Lamborghini Aventador is a vehicle that is coming to us bit by bit. This is a pain&pleasure teasing, with information and images connected to the vehicle arriving one bit at a time. However, today we have a special gift for you, as the hypercar’s specs have been published by autoblog.it.

We’ll start with what we already knew (yes, we’re using an info-tease approach). At the center of the vehicle, we find a 6.5 liter V12 mechanical beast that delivers 700 hp to all four wheels using a new seven-speed automatic transmission that features Independent Shifting Rods, being able to deal with the gear shifting process in 50 milliseconds.

Now, let’s get the party started started. The powerplant has to push 1,575 kg (3,472 lbs), so we get a power-to-weight ratio of 2.25 kg per hp. The unit does an excellent job at pushing the car around, as it completes the 0 to 62 mph sprint in an ultra-brief 2.9 seconds and doesn’t stop spinning the speedo’s needle until it reaches 350 km/h (217 mph).

The vehicle, which comes with a weight distribution of 43:57, measures 4,78 meters (188 inches) in length, 2.03 meters (80 inches) in width and is 1.14 meters (45 inches) tall.

Want even more details about the latest bull that has gone mad? No problem. The LP 700-4 rides on 19- and 20-inch rims (front & rear, respectively) that use 255/35 and 335/30 tires, and uses a 90-liter (23 gallons) fuel tank. As for the stopping power, this is provided by a carbon ceramic braking system that uses six-piston calipers for the front axle.
