Upon driving the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster, we came to the conclusion the coupe is better, simply thanks to the fact that it’s easier to live with while offering the same kind of thrills. Apparently, we were wrong. As a London supercar driver set out to prove, the Aventador Roadster is the more practical choice.
The clip below shows the reasons behind that and here are the three main ones:
First of all, if you wrap your V12 Raging Bull in Army Matte Green and include a machine gun decal on the side, taking the roof off will allow you to see the airplanes you want to take down.
Secondly, the open-top Aventador allows guys who choose to smoke in their Lambos to prevent the cabin from becoming impregnated with the nasty olfactory result of their action.
As for the third asset of the open-air Aventador driving, you can easily transport long objects, which, in this case, appear to take the form of a Christmas present.
Except for the plane-shooting part, the guy does it all in full London traffic and somehow (do not ask us why) we see the “douchebag” comments being shot back at him.
Potential show-off accents aside, we salute the man’s Aventador daily driver behavior. Of course, the ISR (Independent Shifting Rods) transmission of this Lamborghini isn’t exactly happy when being used in stop-and-go traffic, but the spirit of the holidays appears to have won this battle.
