Get behind the wheel of a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster and you'll gain easy access to multiple areas of the go-fast realm. However, drifting isn't on the menu.
And while this shouldn't be an issue, the fact that the sliding is now more popular than ever means that certain owners will try to get the tail out in their V12 Bulls.

Nevertheless, such attempts don't have too many chances of leading to proper dancing moves, with the Aventador simply not being responsive enough for such stunts - the visibility might also be a problem.

We went through such a process when reviewing the Aventador and Aventador Roadster and we are now back on the topic to bring you an example of a driver who decided to put some serious energy into convincing an open-top incarnation of the Sant'Agata Bolognese machine to drift.

You can check out the result in the piece of Instagram footage at the bottom of the page. And, as you'll notice, the shenanigan isn't a full drift.

Nevertheless, the Lambo does smoke its rear tires and we have to admit that the move does deserve our attention. In the process, the aural might of the 6.5-liter engine gives us yet another reason to stay in front of the screen.

Since we mention the less-than-ideal connection between the Aventador and its driver, we have to add that Sant'Agata Bolognese has made efforts to improve this.

Thus, the Lamborghini Aventador Superveloce was introduced as the most responsive V12 model in the history of the brand. And those who don't want to rely on press release details can put their trust in the 6:59 Nurburgring lap time of the 750-pony beast.

Now that the Aventador S has been cast in the role of the mid-cycle revamp, the V12 wielder has borrowed plenty of moves from the SV, while adding a tune that's more suitable to road duties.
