Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Real Life Photo

The topic of this end of the week has been, undoubtedly, the Geneva Auto Show, Europe's first major auto event of the year. Filled with premieres and exciting models, the show has already drawn crowds of enthusiasts, anxiously waiting for the organizers to open the gates. Surprisingly, judging by the experience autoevolution has had these past two years with auto shows across the globe, this time is was not a model for the masses that has drawn the biggest attention prior to the event. This time, it was an exotic model, wearing the famed Lamborghini badge, that was the main recipient of the attention of our readers. As a treat for all those of you that have watched the slow unveiling of the Aventador LP700-4 in the slow strip-tease action of last week (and thanks to the guys from Autogespot, who somehow managed to get in the possession of a set of real life photos of the model, taken right on the Geneva show's floor), here's a pic showing the Aventador in its shiny black flesh. The technical details of the Aventador have been so often discussed, that we don't see the need to tell you about them again. In case you missed them, however, here's a quick sum-up: 700 hp 6.5l V12, naught to sixty in 2.9 seconds, top speed 217 mph (350 Km/h). Enjoy the photo and prepare for more such pics to come your way next week. autoevolution will be attending the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, so stay tuned for some real up close and personal shots of the vehicles, as well as for first-hand details of the motorized contraptions presented at the event.
