The Raging Bull should have a new V10-powered supercar within the next to years, so if you’ve liked the Gallardo ever since it was first introduced to the world, now would be a good time. However, make sure your unlucky day isn’t coming up and that no black cats cross your path, because you might end up like the protagonist of this story.
According to a report from Australian publication Daily Telegraph, a prospective buyer for the Gallardo had the local salesman for the dealership selling sitting in the passenger seat when he crashed the six-figure supermodel. Fortunately, no one was injured.
We believe that some sort of bravado has something to do with this, but the aforementioned source says the driver panicked momentarily and crashed into a roadside barrier.
The extent of the damage is severe, with part of front-end and the right wheel being torn from its axle.
"It appears he panicked - these things happen," Lamborghini Sydney managing director Andrew Smith said. "It doesn't matter as long as no one was doing anything stupid or crazy, and no one was injured."
