We do understand why you'd want Lambo doors on a Chevy Corvette. It's mid-engined, so you should be allowed to play pretend-supercar games. However, the Dodge Charger is an entirely different story, as it's both a muscle car and a sedan - not exactly Italian exotic flavors of vehicle.
Yet a company called Vertical Doors just posted this project car belonging to one of their customers. As you can see, the front doors pop right up, but this doesn't exactly turn it into an exotic.

We've seen strange tuning trends pop up over the years, and this seems like a combination between the Pimp My Ride era and today's muscle car parts. In addition to the attention-grabbing mechanisms, this Dodge sedan also sports new skirts, spoilers, diffusers, and a louver kit for the rear window.

Bringing everything together is a two-face wrap that puts gray and blue on either half of the Charger. Stanced suspension and some modified Super Bee logos complete a look which few Dodge fans will ever appreciate. As strange as this combo may be, the same company has supplied other Charger owners with Lambo doors. One of them even has them in the rear. That's got to make getting in a little confusing!

According to their website, this particular set of door mechanisms costs $1,400 and works with any Charger from 2011 until today, though they do make similar sets for older models too. The kit includes two gas shocks, special hinges, and every screw you need to hold everything together. The device mounts to the factory bolt pattern, and this process is completely reversible. So when you decide to sell the Charger, the next buyer doesn't have to live with your peculiar choices.

If this project has whetted your appetite for Lambo doors, check out this slammed purple Dodge Challenger and the obligatory C8 Corvette wannabe supercar.
