Revealed in Geneva almost two months ago, the LaFerrari showed up at the 2013 Shanghai Auto Show to make its Asian debut.
Greeted by a large crowd of enthusiasts in a country that’s able to “swallow” the whole 499 production series, the LaFerrari was introduced to the Chinese amongst other Maranello-built models, such as the Ferrari FF and the 458 Spider.
Almost sold out, the LeFerrari will most probably find its way to Asia, and it would be interesting to find out how many of them actually hit the Far East. It’s more than obvious that a big batch is set to arrive in the Middle East...
As a quick reminder, the LaFerrari, which is the company’s first hybrid, is powered by a V12 gasoline engine and electric motor combo good for a total output of 963 HP. The car is good for a limited top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph) and a 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint in under 3 seconds. Pricing is set at about €1.3 million ($1.7 million).
