LaFerrari Being Taken Away on a Platform Truck in Munich Raises Questions

The clip shows a LaF dressed in the classic Rosso Corsa attire, with the hybrid hypercar sitting on a platform truck. The Ferrari is being taken through Munich, with the sight of 963 PS (950 HP) resting on the back of that diesel truck being downright sad.

There’s no info associated to the LaFerrari’s ride, so we can’t be sure if we’re dealing with a breakdown, or an owner who simply wanted his hypercar to arrive at a certain location without the journey influencing the odometer.

Oh well, at least the Ferrari doesn’t show signs of damage. Which brings us back to the LaFerrari accident that took place in Hungary, the one mentioned in the intro.

The crash has taken quite a toll on the petrol-electric hybrid, with the vehicle sustaining serious damage to its right front side. The LaFerrari hit no less than three parked cars after the driver lost control.

The cold weather, whose effects have been seriously felt over in Central Europe, is believed to have led to poor traction. Sure, having grip issues is one thing and using the pedal on the right in a way that leads to such consequences is another thing.

Fortunately, nobody was injured in the crash. And while we haven’t come across any official report, the LaFerrari seems to be in good shape in terms of wheel alignment and structural integrity.

As more and more of the 499 LaFerraris reach their owners, with certain units having already traded hands, we can unfortunately expect the number of such incidents to increase.
