Lada Riva Is Not Very Good at J-Turns

The Lada Riva, a car based on a car based on a simplified 1960s Fiat design, is definitely not a wannabe stunt driver’s first choice, primarily because of the huge amount of body roll one encounters when attempting to take corners a bit too quickly.
However, the ancient and soft suspension hasn’t stopped this driver from doing all sorts of stunts in his Lada (probably), as well as a J-turn, which could have ended very badly for an unweary pedestrian who got grazed (not hit) during the maneuver.

While we admit that it is mildly-spectacular, the driver should have taken his Lada to an abandoned airfield (it’s Russia, they must have plenty of those lying around unused) and thrashed it as much as he would have wanted.

We really don’t understand these people who try to show off their driving skills, despite being aware that things move around in cities and people and cars could come out of the blue and cause a huge crash - thankfully, this time, everybody was OK.
