The upcoming L.A. auto show has made many promises, but there’s a particular one that has really made us anxious. The event will have an entire hall dedicated to automotive aftermarket and specialty vehicle industries.
Kentia Hall will showcase a multitude of stunning products, ranging from limited production cars to tuned exotics, as well as electronics and accessories. The location is situated in the lower level of South Hall.
Customization:
A multitude of new and old-school stuff will be on display thanks to Galpin Auto Sports, including a modified 2011 Ford Fiesta and a 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle that has recently been rebuilt using a modern running gear.
Tuners and Performance:
A long list of tuners will be present at the event, including Specialty Car Craft, TRW Motoring and Platinum motorsports, showcasing top tricked-out creations from around the world.
Limited Production Vehicles:
Multiple limited production vehicle makers will bring their creations to the show, including Alan Autosports’s GT Malan, a 600 hp, $100,000 custom-built supercar.
SEMA Vehicles:
This will be the first year when SEMA vehicles will make their way to the event. The list of tuned rides includes the Honda Wraptivo CR-Z Type F and DSO Eyewear CR-Z, the Subaru Kicker Audio STI and K&N Performance STI, as well as other creations coming from Fiat. VW and Hyundai.
Movie cars:
The upcoming 3D action movie „The Green Hornet” will see Black Beauty, a custom creation that represents an indestructible mobile fortress fighting crime, with the vehicle being showcased at the event.
Electronics and Technology:
Specialists from Al & Ed’s Autosound will present the latest trends in mobile technology, including hands free communication and iPod integration, as well as satnavs.
