In case you missed the news, we'll remind you that L.A. Angels of Anaheim pitcher C.J. Wilson got himself a gorgeous McLaren P1 hypercar, which he sent straight to the custom shop for some proper touch. After bragging about its new blue/purple chameleon-like wrap, the baseball star recently took his new ride for a photo-trip to the Grand Canyon. We have to admit it looks pretty stunning.
As we already told you guys last week, the hypercar was finished in a flip paint job which turns from blue/purple to an orange/bronze shade. At first, the color seemed a bit too much for the million-dollars hybrid car which you rather envision finished in an all-black color or maybe a dark-blue one. But now seeing the cloudy sky literally changing its subtle nuances as it posed at the edge of the Grand Canyon, things start to make sense.

The pictures were recently taking by Wilson himself at what seems to be a road trip he probably took along his gorgeous wife Brazilian model Lisalla Montenegro.

In fact, according to his website, C.J. Wilson is not only a Major League Baseball champ and an aspiring-racer, he also dreams to walk on his parents’ footsteps, which involves taking photographs. As he puts it: “travel breeds curiosity, curiosity breeds discovery, discovery breeds admiration - this is how I came to see the world through the lens.”

We don't know a lot about photography as an art, but we can easily tell that these pictures are pretty damn professional, as the car is too, of course.
