Great news comes from the US branch of Kymco, as the new big-bore 2014 SxS family was recently announced.
The 2014 Kymco UXV 700i arrives in 5 trims, including the base model, and addresses a wide palette of purposes. All new machinery comes with the same technology under the hood: a fuel-injected SOHC 695cc 4-stroke, 4-valve power unit and Kymco claims it will produce 45 HP.
This SxS is a two-seater, but we might expect Kymco to jump in the “4 bandwagon”, to keep up with the rest of the big boys, too. Until then, the 2014 Kymco UXV 700i machinery sports CVT and diff lock, dual-ratio operation, reverse and engine parking brake. Independent dual A-Arms with 7.5” (19cm) of travel make sure the rough terrain is not a problem.
Besides the basic model, Kymco prepares a LE (Limited Edition) silver version, a recreational SxS with the SP badge, the HE camo trim for hunting and wildlife activities and a true utility Turf machine. Each of these comes with a specific accessory package, and prices start at $10,099 (€7,750).
