Not all tuning companies build exterior mods for BMW, but if they did, the F20 generation of the 1 Series would probably need them the most.
This what the Germans from KTW Tuning probably thought when they unveiled not one but two BMW 1 Series exterior kits that they recently put together – one in white and one in black, to be politically correct.
The black model is sporting a set of Tomason TN-9 20-inch aluminium wheels painted black and shoed with 235/30 ZR20 tires, red-coated calipers, an H&R lowered suspension and pretty much every chrome bit on the car foil-wrapped in... what else? Black.
The white 1 Series comes with a set of AEZ Antigua Dark Black 20-inch aluminium rims which come with the same type of tires as the black model, red coated brake calipers and a H&R lowered suspension.
On top of that, the BMW kidneys, the exterior mirrors, the roof and lower part of the rear bumper are foil-wrapped in matte black. Both models only look faster though, as we're not talking about M135is but about the puny 116i.
