While some rumors hinted about a possible unveiling of the awaited KTM 390 Duke at the Mumbai KTM Orange days, it was in fact the racing-spec 350 SX-F freestyle motocross bike who was the star of the event.
Despite the very humid and hot weather, more than 200 KTM riders have gathered for this event. The Orange Days aims to bring together KTM owners in the area and offer them the change to race their bikes in a safe environment, while at the same time showcasing the latest technologies and upgrades in the industry.
Specialist riders have also been present at a racing clinic, offering race-specific details, such as racing lines and postures, a most valuable piece of advice, especially as this was the first competition for most of the registered riders.
The racing KTM 350 SX-F is a liquid-cooled 350cc Single, DOHC, 4-valve single-cylinder bike delivering 55 HP @ 13,400 rpm, and will be showcased throughout India, alongside the RC8, but will not be sold in this market.
