Dax Shepard is really passionate about cars, and he would rather talk about them instead of his own acting career. And it’s also one of the things Kristen Bell loves about him, especially when he teaches their daughters to be “confident and capable.”
Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard’s relationship has been described by many as #couplegoals. The two started dating in late 2007, got engaged in January 2010, and married in 2013. They share two daughters, Lincoln and Delta, born in 2013 and 2014.
And they are both supportive of each other’s hobbies and passions. Which for Dax means cars. In a new post on Kristen Bell’s Instagram account to celebrate Father’s Day, she praised him for many things, including how he teaches his girls “everything about cars and engineering, so all his girls feel confident and capable.”
She also added a short video with Dax and one of the girls as he was teaching her how to change a tire on their Mercedes-AMG E 63. They may be young, but it surely comes in handy.
The list continues with some of his qualities, including he “always locks our bikes for us Except for that one time, and my bike got stolen. But he recovered it after an hour of combing the neighborhood.”

Eventually, his mother ended up becoming a fleet manager for General Motors, fueling his love for the American brands. He has owned a 1967 Lincoln Continental for 27 years and other vintage models like a 1994 Buick Roadmaster, a 1990 Chevrolet 454 SS, a Chrysler Pacifica, but also the Mercedes-AMG E 63 S Wagon.
Besides owning them, he loves getting involved in restoring them. Cars aren’t his only passion, though, because he also owns several motorcycles.
