Korean Commercials for 2014 Kia Soul Are Really Funny

The second generation of the Kia Soul has arrived with more personalization options, which means it's funkier than just about any car in its class. But I'm probably too old to be using words like "funky" and "cool". And just like me, the Soul has become a bit bigger around the mid section.

But, these Korean market commercials which you most likely will never see in the US prove this car still watches MTV, not VH1 like I do.

Our resident Korean speaker is not at the office, probably off playing Starcraft, so we'll have to guess what's going on in these commercials.

The first one seems to suggest, everybody wants to have personal room and not rub elbows with other people, so the new Soul is bigger inside.

The second suggests that it's not fun to do things yourself, so the Soul provides extra service by parking on its own.

The third and final one suggests that just like it sucks to see somebody wearing the same dress as you, it's not cool to drive se same color car as other people. So the new Soul can have different colored wheels, trim and roof.
