The Toyota FJ Cruiser has its days counted as the automaker plans to discontinue it after the 2014 year model. But that doesn’t stop it from entering new markets.
Toyota Korea, for example, plans to add the FJ Cruiser to its 9-models lineup next month followed by a launch event on December 24th.

The retro styling and powerful engine attracted lot of fans since its launch in 2006, when it also registered its highest sales numbers in the US. But after three years and no significant updates, people lost interest in the FJ, leaving only the true off-road enthusiasts to form a queue at the dealership for them.

Coming with a 4-liter V6 making 260 hp and 271 lb-ft of torque, the top grade FJ Cruiser also features water-resistant fabric trimmed interior, heavy-duty all-weather flooring and rear deck, power windows and door locks, auto-dimming rearview mirror with integrated backup camera display, air conditioning with separate rear vents, daytime running lights and more.
