Kim Kardashian’s Matte Black G63 AMG at Thanksgiving

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, a match made in Hollywood heaven. We don’t know if their relationship will last, but the reality TV star and her rapper man like each other so much they are dressing the same.

The two turned up at Thanksgiving dinner yesterday in matching luxury rides. Kanye drove his matte black Lamborghini Aventador and Kim K was spotted for the first time in a black Mercedes G-Wagon, probably a G63 AMG.

The car has Platinum Motorsport written all over it and is also matte black. Strangely, Kim’s G63 AMG was white just a few days ago, and also rode on different wheels. Could this be a quick wrap, or is it another car altogether? The G63 is a very desirable car, and Kanye could have bought this black number to match Kim’s.

To be honest, we wouldn’t be surprised if the luxury off-roader will become a popular model among the Kardashians. After all, they do share most of their belongings, and sometimes they even go car-shopping together.

As to the G-Wagon, it’s safe to say it’s one of the Top 10 models celebrities like to show off with on the streets of LA, with Lamborghinis and Ferraris being the next in line. If we may, we’d like to expand a little on this particular Mercedes-Benz model.

As you all know, the G-Wagen is characterized by its boxy styling and body-on-frame construction, features that rather characterize it as an older model. It uses three fully locking differentials, one of the few vehicles to have such a feature.

One of the longest produced Mercedes-Benz in Daimler’s history, with a span of 35 years, most of the petrolheads consider it an off-road machine. However, for some reason, throughout the years it has become one of the most appreciated luxury SUVs on the market. It’s like a magnet to turned-over-night celebrities, and we can’t understand why.
