It's happening in China (most likely, if we consider the music), and its hard to believe: a scooter rider throttles hard when the traffic light turns green, and loses his child passenger.
We don't know the road regulations and whether the kid, who appears to be less than 10, is allowed as a pillion passenger on a scooter. The scooter operator realizes he lost his passenger only after having already ridden several hundred meters away.
There is a good part in all this story: at least both the adult and the passenger wear full-face helmets. If you look closely at the video you'll clearly see that the child falls right on his head: his weight is probably not enough to crack his skull open at such low speed, but we've seen worse.
