Korean automaker Kia has set its designers to work on a new concept developed at the Irvine, California center. With a 2+2 interior and the sexy shape of a modern coupe, we expect much from this study.
Scheduled for an official debut at the Detroit Auto Show, the vehicle appears as a golden silhouette on a black background. Kia says it's "aimed at delivering head-turning looks whilst providing superb driving enjoyment whether on the road or at the track”.

It doesn't look like a pure coupe, more like a Hyundai Veloster lookalike. The fastback body is more Audi A3 than Audi A5 and we're likely looking at a front-wheel drive car here.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
