Kia Soul Prices Start at $13,300

Kia Motors American today unveiled prices of the new Kia Soul, with the cheapest variant of the car available for a MSRP of $13,300 (without freight, taxes, title, license, options and dealer charges). The top Soul version boasting all available features and options plus the highest trim level Soul sport will cost below $20,000, the South Korean company said in a statement released to the press.

“Recently debuted at the 2008 Los Angeles Auto Show, Soul will join the C-segment as an early 2010 model year vehicle and allow buyers the chance to truly personalize their vehicle with more packaging and styling combinations than any previous Kia model,” it stated.

“Kia Motors America offers a dynamic and diverse product line of 11 vehicles to meet the needs of all lifestyles. The 2009 vehicle line features the functional Rondo CUV and award-winning Sedona minivan along with a wide variety of popular passenger cars, including the refined Amanti full size sedan, purposeful Optima mid size sedan, versatile and compact Spectra and Spectra5, and sporty yet fuel efficient Rio and Rio5 subcompacts,” the company added.

Basically, the 2010 Kia Soul will come in four trim configurations, as it follows: Soul, Soul+, Soul! and Soul Sport. Each of this version comes with different equipment levels, as explained below:

1. Soul+ - standard keyless entry remote, solar glass and 16-inch alloy wheels; prices start at $14,950 and go as much as $17,100 with options such as Kia's Audio Package and power moonroof
2. Soul! - all the aforementioned features plus power moonroof, fog lights and 18-inch alloy wheels; prices between $16,950 and $17,900 with all options included
3. Soul Sport – it adds side sills, a rear spoiler, 18-inch alloy wheels, front and rear fascias; prices between $16,950 and $18,600 with all options included.
