Fans of Kia Rio and Picanto might find this title quite exciting as the South Korean manufacturer has finally decided to bring an improved look to the two models. Only a few images are available at this point but, as we you can see for yourselves in the adjacent pictures, both the Rio and the Picanto boast a new face, with the latter now featuring a two-tone bumper as standard.
An extra Sports Pack brings even more sporty features, including new front and rear bumpers and side sill molding, as kia-buzz.com wrote. The 2010 range will be offered in a new color, Lime, with 15-inch black flower alloy wheels offered as an option.
As for the interiors, the Picanto is offered with a four-spoke steering wheels, a restyled instrument clusters and upgraded seat trims. Each of the three trims, LX, EX and Sports, will feature various modifications.
Just like the Picanto, the Rio will come with an upgraded interior too, with new steering wheel and cluster among the things that'll greet the driver when getting inside the 2010 model. A new center stack plus a gear indicator especially introduced for improving fuel efficiency will also join the series.
Outside, the Rio brings several modifications over the current model, including new headlights, fog lamps and redesigned front bumper. Additionally, it comes with a rear diffuser which the aforementioned source says is similar to the one on the Forte Koup.
Pricing and full specifications are yet to be released, but more details should surface in the upcoming months as we get closer to the official launch date.
