Kia Police Cars Used in James Bond Skyfall

When you think about British police cars, Vauxhalls and Volvos spring to mind. Sure, they’ve also had a supercar here and there, but it’s largely a mixture of diesel wagons. That wasn’t enough for the directors of the latest James Bond movie, and instead two of the latest Kia models were used as police vehicles.

These photos were taken on the set of the movie by Kia-buzz.com, and show both the new Optima sedan and the Sportage crossover in full livery and sporting flashing lights. Check out the cool stance and the large diameter polished alloy wheels!

“We are very proud to have been asked to support the production crew with vehicles and to have Optima and Sportage at the heart of this part of the film,” said the communications director of Kia Motors UK, who provided the vehicles.
