Kia has just posted fresh sales figures for the month of October, when the South Korean manufacturer increased its deliveries by 18.8 percent on a global basis compared to the same month a year ago.
Emerging markets like China, with its 41.4 percent sales increase, contributed significantly, but Europe also grew by 35. percent, while NOrth America saw 20 percent more Kia demand. As a result, for the first 10 months of the year, the automaker is sitting comfortably on a 18.2 sales increase to over 2 million units delivered.
North America has experienced the highest gain to date in 2011 of 33.5 percent (461,945 units sold) while the remaining regions have all shown cumulative year-on-year sales increases: 28.7% in China (365,786 units sold), 20.6 percent in Europe (395,588 units sold).
