Kentucky: DUI Suspect Loses Car Control While Receiving Oral Sex

Well, this is how a happy man looks like. Although he was charged with careless driving, speeding and was that close to be arrested for driving under the influence, Jason Kircher from Louisville, Kentucky is damn happy. Why? We don't really know for sure, but we might have a clue if you're trying to solve the same dilemma.

A police officer on Interstate 64 spotted a car that almost jumped off the road, which made him believe that he had to deal with a drunk driver. Not only that he was driving erratically but he was also speeding, so the officer had nothing to do than to pull him over and act accordingly.

The answer he got when asking the suspect why he was driving like that was shocking: Kircher said he was receiving oral sex from his passenger. And as if that wasn't enough, the officer spotted some alcohol bottlers in the car's cup holders. However, the Louisville man, whose smile can be in the adjacent photos, said the only alcohol he drunk was at a club and the quantity didn't exceed two beers.

And as far as the police is concerned, he could say the truth, because the sobriety tests revealed that this alcohol level was 0.054 percent, below the legal limit in the state of 0.08 percent.

Either way, the man now has to face several charges, including careless driving, speeding and, according to WLKY.com, driving while intoxicated. He remains however one of the happiest drivers ever arrested...
