Kendall Jenner Upgrades from Ranger Rover to an Audi R8 V10 Spyder

Is it us or there’s a general refresh in the Kardashians’ garage? With Kylie Jenner turning 18, none of the reality television stars in the family is under aged. For the younger generation of the family this means they can finally move on from the boxier luxury SUVs to the sportscars in the line.

Not that anybody cares about what these people do with their money, but it sure seems a lot of the income they get from their famous reality television program goes to car-shopping. Newly-turned-18 Kylie Jenner received a Ferrari 458 Spider she immediately got customized. A couple of weeks later we find her sister cruising the streets in what seems to be Kendall Jenner’s new car. Is there some competition ongoing between the two?

Until somebody out there finds the answer to this question, we’d like to unfold the car’s features, so that we know what exactly we’re dealing with. As if the sporty top model of Audi wasn’t enough as it is, she had to take the convertible V10 issue, because nothing screams famous better than the lack of a roof on your sportscar.

The Audi R8 V10 Spyder is more dynamic than ever, with all models now coming standard with all-LED headlights. The high-performance sportscar is powered by the new Audi R8 V10 plus with 550 horsepower. The vehicle sprints from 0 to 62 mph in 3.5 seconds, a performance that also relates to the ultra-lightweight construction.

If you ask us, we haven’t spent a week without thinking at the R8 Spyder ever since auto photographers spotted the vehicle on the set of Iron Man 2. It was back in August 2008 when the photos showed a clearly visible soft-top roof and the distinctive sideblade had been removed.

You see, being famous for nothing helps quite a lot, especially when it comes to your auto lifestyle.
