There are some accidents which show how complete the lack of any skills is in certain drivers, and riders, for what's worth.
In my opinion, such crashes should automatically have the driver's license suspended until he or she takes a real test to prove they're not a menace on the road. Because they simply are, whether you like my harshness or not.
And that is because a decent driver does not make such mistakes. Period. If there are any of you who are trying to come up with any sort of excuse for this lady, then probably you should take that test, too.
It's way easier and cheaper for the state and insurance companies to prevent such accidents by harsher permits issuing procedures, more difficult testing and skimming such non-drivers off the roads.
Oh, and much healthier for bikers and why not, other riders.
