Kawasaki ZZR1400 Performance Edition Launched

Continuing with the limited editions launched by Kawasaki on the British market, the Kawasaki ZZR1400 ‘monster’ bike comes to join the range. Just like the other two models we brought to your attention so far, the ZX-10R and ZX-6R Performance Edition, the newly launched package for the ZZR1400 also features a series of extras to make the bike special.

These extras offered for the ZZR1400 (also known as the ZX-14R Ninja), are also official Kawasaki accessories that come with a two-year guarantee.

The ZZR1400 has also been given the special edition treatment with twin carbon Akrapovic silencers that help lose 6.5 kg off the weight of the bike. The bike also comes with a double bubble screen and color-matched seat cover that replaces the passenger seat.

Speaking of the seat cover, all factory standard colors available. It should not be used in conjunction with a top case and top case bracket. The spoiler screen is scratch resistant and designed to reduce wind pressure and to improve aerodynamics.

Other products in the package includes a top quality gel-resin self-adhesive tank protector. According to the manufacturer, the tank pad has an unique 3-part shape featuring the ZZR1400 model logo and carbon fibre look.

Just like the two other limited edition Ninja models, the new silencers give a 5 bhp power gain. The twin silencers on the ZZR1400 the total for the individual accessories would be £1,700. However, Kawasaki is offering the bike for £1,000 - £1,200 over the stock bike’s £9,799.
