Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R Crashes Off the Road

The middleweight Kawasaki Ninja fares great on asphalt, but it really sucks when off-road is on the menu. And when insufficient riding skills are also part of such a game, it looks like crashing is the only direction things are heading for.

According to the rider who uploaded this video, he braked because of some dirt on the road, then locked the rear wheel and finally he crashed at low speed off the opposite side of the road.

We believe that target fixation had way more to do with this crash, as a locked rear tire should have made the bike drift a bit to either one of the sides.

We mentioned the insufficient skills because the upcoming turn was a wide one and by no means a well-trained rider could have been in trouble there... unless approaching the turn with excessive speed and then failing to lean and ride through it.

Thankfully, both rider and bike are ok, and we guess this was a valuable lesson. Oh, and the ZX6R is no toy, by the way...
